We’d love to introduce you a passionate photographer, video maker and great travel writer. Say hi to Matteo Rosiello from Italy. Because of his passion to travel, he started his own blog in 2020. In that year he managed to attend a competition: Matteo was selected for the “Artist of the Year” competition, organized by the magazine “Art Now”. In a few years Matteo has been attending various competitions too and he’s successfully continuing his activities now. Matteo is always full of new ideas about traveling, photography and blogging.
Matteo admitted that he began to think about the blog (https://mattross.blog/) in very hard times – due to the quarantine in 2020. “I always wanted to make people travel with imagination through my articles. And then, with the slow reopening of places, also in person, starting with places near Rome, then always further and further”, Matteo says how it all started. Every article on blog shows his experience and is full of personal photographs. Matteo doesn’t forget the motto that accompanies him all the time: “Experience your shots!”.
Living in the spectacular city Rome gave Matteo opportunities to discover something new at every corner, or to reach a lot of amazing cities and landscapes all over the country by bus, train, or short flight. “I love Rome, but I'm an Africa-addicted. I visited 8 countries under the equator line, and I want to increase this number!”, Matteo explains and admits that he also adores countries like Iceland, Finland, or Sweden, because of wild nature.
Matteo started traveling seriously like 10 years ago, beginning with cities like London and New York. “But my passion to travel exploded and increased me when I slept in African deserts, when I saw the northern lights and when I met mountain gorillas for the first time”, Matteo remembers that this is nature what makes you love your life more. He loves traveling because of new cultures, new people, new flavours, new colours. It can always enrich you.
Matteo says that the upcoming travel platform Legego is a great opportunity for people who like to share their experience about places they like the most. “A corner near your home or something around the world what you like can be interesting for others too. It’s like having a friend in your pocket that guides you around”, says Mateo and he’s looking forward to the launch of the platform.
